FAQ
Questions, answered
What lawn care services do you offer?
We offer mowing, edging and trimming, fertilizing, weed control, aeration, overseeding, dethatching, disease and pest control, sod and seed installation, irrigation, mulch, bed care and seasonal cleanups. Call 615-431-3789 or use the form and tell us what your lawn needs.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
Weekly in the main growing season is typical for most Middle Tennessee lawns, and less often when growth slows in summer heat and in fall. We set a schedule to match your grass and your property.
When is the best time to aerate and overseed?
For tall fescue, early fall from September through mid-October is ideal. Bermuda and zoysia are aerated in late spring to early summer. We time every service to your grass type.
Do you use products that are safe for pets and kids?
Treated areas generally need to dry or be watered in before children and pets return. We give clear instructions for each application and can plan around pet-friendly needs.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve Middle Tennessee, with a page for each main city on this site. If you do not see your town, call 615-431-3789 and we will tell you whether we can come out.
Can I plan my lawn care online first?
Yes. The Lawn Plan Builder on this site lets you enter your yard size, grass type and goals, then shows a recommended service list and a year-round calendar you can send to our team. It is a planning tool, not a quote.
Do you handle HOA and rental property requirements?
Yes. We follow community guidelines for height, edging and beds, and we offer dependable recurring service for landlords and property managers.
How do I get started?
Call or text 615-431-3789, or fill out the form on any page. Tell us your city, what the lawn is doing and what you would like to change, and we will set up a time to talk it through.
